Lake, Marina and Boat Rules and Regulations
1. LAKE: NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY! -
Hours are 8:00 am to Dusk in season. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied
and supervised by an adult at all times. Please dry off before entering buildings.
2. MARINA: NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY! -
Hours are 8:00 am to 10:00 pm in season. Children under the age of 14 must
be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. Please, for your
safety, no running, jumping or diving from or on the dock.
3. HOUSEBOATS: Drive must be at least 25 years of age and required to prove the ability to navigate and dock the Houseboat.
4. The boat dock is made of wood. For your safety, please
wear shoes on the dock at all times.
5. Boat Rentals and Accessories Rentals require a security deposit.
Loon Lake Water Sports & Marina, LLC shall not be held liable for any injuries or damages resulting from the operation and/or rental of the rental equipment. Lessee must accept all responsibility for any loss or damage to any person or to the rental equipment for the duration of the rental.
Lessee agrees to pay Loon Lake Water Sports & Marina, LLC for any loss of or damages to said rental equipment incurred while in the custody of the Lessee. Lessee agrees to assume liabilities for any and all damages to personal
property including damages caused by fire, water or collision. If damages occur to said rental equipment during the rental, there will be a minimum fee of $375.00 on date of damage.
Reservations: Book your reservation by phone in advance. Your credit card is charged for 100% of the reservation fees at time of booking. Any remaining balance may be paid either by cash or credit card upon arrival at the marina.
By providing a credit card number, you are authorizing Loon Lake Water Sports, LLC to bill your credit card for the full amount of reservation, including any costs accrued during rental of the property, and outstanding balances not
paid at time of departure.
Cancellations Policy: Please contact our office, (541) 599-2214, prior to the arrival date to cancel/change reservation. Cancellations are subject to a minimum $10.00 cancellation fee. In addition, Cancellations made within
3 days of scheduled rental hour/date of the reservation are subject to a penalty equal to a (2) hours reservation fee. Please contact the Marina for Cancellations or to make any Changes to your Reservation.
Cancellation policy for the houseboats: Please contact our office, (541) 599-2214, prior to the arrival date to cancel/change reservation. Cancellations for the houseboat are subject to a minimum $25.00 cancellation fee. In addition, cancellations made within 7 days of scheduled check-in are subject to a penalty equal to a one (1) day reservation fee. Please contact the property for cancellations or to make any changes to your reservation. Cancellations must be made prior to the arrival date of your reservation. If cancellations or changes are not made as indicated above, your reservation is subject to a penalty equal to 100% of the total reservation. Service charges may
apply for changes to your reservation. One change to your reservation .
